Hi!  I'm Ruppi Rana and I build software.  

I'm passionate about technology, and more importantly, using it to solve problems!  I believe that software should be used to make our lives easier so that we can spend time doing the things we really want to do.

When I'm not coding or diving into new technologies, I spend my time trying to become a better engineering leader.  As important as it is to build great software, it's just as important to have fun and enjoy the process.  I'll be using this blog to discuss aspects of my management philosophies.
